Description: Mego did not distribute their 1972 doll
in Australia until 1977, no doubt due to the popularity of the
Wonder Woman television series. The only visible differences between
this and the US version is a much brighter yellow tiara and the
eagle on the bodysuit has an eye. There are only 2 carded versions
known to exist (both owned by the same collector) making this
one of the most collectable of all the Mego figures.
Approx
value: This Australian
release was valued at US$3000 in 1996. Collectors estimate the
price today to be closer to US$10,000.
